David and Nancy Lunceford in honor of Bill Giles

Bill graduated from Van High School in 1956 and earned a teaching degree from East Texas State University. He began his teaching career in Van in 1960. He completed his Master’s Degree and began working as a counselor in 1966. Bill is the father of two children and grandfather of three.

This scholarship was established in 2007 by David and Nancy Lunceford to honor the life of Bill Giles. Bill was a longtime friend of David and Nancy Lunceford.
