Mastin G. White

The Honorable Mastin G. White was born in Van Zandt County, Texas. He was a Harvard and Columbia educated lawyer who was a judge in the U.S. Claims Court, as well as an attorney in the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division. He served in the Roosevelt Administration in the 1930’s and retired from the Army as a Colonel in 1960’s.

In 1984, he and his brother Jack E. White established several Presidential Scholarships at TJC, including this one.
