Paul W. and Cathy A. Powell Baylor Bound Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship will be given to a student currently enrolled full-time at TJC as part of the Presidential Honors Scholarship program. The student must have completed the Baylor Bound program interest form and have participated in the Baylor Bound program activities. Furthermore, the student must have successfully completed at least 25 credit hours at TJC and meet all academic requirements for transfer admission to Baylor University. The recipient must enroll full-time at Baylor University immediately following TJC.
