Judy Newton Holt Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship will be given to an incoming freshman who graduated from Tyler ISD. Priority consideration will be given to graduates of Robert E. Lee High School. The student must have a minimum 2.0 high school GPA, but no greater than a 3.0. The recipient must also demonstrate financial need through submission of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
