Lucille C. Sweeny Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship will be given to a student who is a graduate of a high school in Angelina County or an adjacent county. The recipient must demonstrate financial need through submission of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, but should not be PELL eligible.
