Frankie S. Chaffin Widner Annual Scholarship for the Deaf

This scholarship will be given to a deaf student pursuing his/her education. The student should demonstrate a commitment to community service. Priority consideration will be given to a student who participates in Tyler Metro Association for the Deaf.
