Wiley Woodrow Jenkins Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship will be given to a graduate of a school in TJC’s tax district (1st preference) or service area (2nd preference). The student must demonstrate financial need through submission of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, but should not be PELL eligible.
