Ken Luke Scholarship Endowment for the TJC Promise

The TJC Promise Program is a six-year, comprehensive program that spans from 9th grade through the first two years of college. The TJC Promise encourages students within the TJC tax district to perform well academically in high school and college, while limiting the number of missed school days and promoting community service.
The scholarship recipient will be a traditional incoming freshman who has graduated from a high school participating in the Promise program. Recipients must have successfully participated in the Promise program throughout high school. Priority consideration shall be given to TJC students who are majoring in psychology, a veteran, and also a first-generation college student.
