Loretta Holbrook Scholarship Endowment for the TJC Promise

The scholarship recipient will be a traditional incoming freshmen who have graduated from a high school participating in the Promise program. The recipients must have successfully participated in the Promise program throughout high school. Priority consideration shall be given to students who graduated from a high school within the City of Tyler. Priority consideration shall be given to students who major in English. Recipients may hold the scholarship for a maximum of two years.
