Texas Wounded Warrior Annual Scholarship

The Texas Wounded Warrior Annual Scholarship was established to honor the men and women, along with their families, who have diligently served our country and the state of Texas. Recipients must be Veterans living in Texas, enrolled full-time at TJC in pursuit of a degree or certification. Priority consideration will be given to applicants based on the following hierarchy: Wounded Veterans with a Medical Discharge, Honorable Discharge, or General Discharge Under Honorable Conditions, or immediate family members of Wounded Veterans; and other veterans with an Honorable Discharge or General Discharge Under Honorable Conditions. Recipients must maintain a 2.00 cumulative GPA.

To be considered, students must provide documentation, including DD214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty) or other acceptable discharge documents and/or proof of immediate family member relationship to TJC’s Veterans Benefits office.
