In memory of Matt Crouch

Matt’s interest in computers started in his high school years. He obtained his CompTIA A+ certification at the end of his junior year. His first job as a computer technician at Sky Ranch started at the beginning of his senior year and continued through his graduation from Tyler Junior College with his Associate of Arts in Computer Science and his graduation from the University of Texas at Tyler with his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.

After graduation, Matt started his own business – Crouch IT Services.

He joined East Texas Copy Systems Professional Services Group as a service engineer, Matt expanded his knowledge to include network administration, sales support, and project management. During this time Matt also mentored and trained other engineers. He knew that by sharing his knowledge and expertise, it would strengthen the skills of his fellow workers, which would be a win-win for his company as well as their customers.

Customer satisfaction was a major goal for Matt. He strongly believed that a customer who was respected and happy with the service provided would often be a candidate for future sales. They were also a great source for more business referrals.

Matt has only worked for Cynergy Technology for 3 months as their project manager/sales support engineer. He was very happy with his new family at Cynergy. They were very supportive and Matt was looking forward to a great career with them.
